Return and Refund Policy

To ensure a smooth process for our customers, please review our policy below:


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: Items must be returned within 2 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. 

2. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or a WhatsApp message to notify you that we have received your returned item.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 1-3 business days.

  • Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our support team with a photo of the defect.
