1. Secure Packaging

To ensure your jewelry arrives in pristine condition, we take extra care in our packaging process.

  • Seal Safe Boxes: Every order is placed in an aesthetic seal safe box specifically designed to protect your pieces from moisture, dust, and transit impact. They can be used to store your jewelry and keep it protected.

  • Material Care: Whether it is a High-grade Stainless Steel necklace or our hoops, each item is secured within these boxes to prevent scratching or tangling during its journey to you.

2. Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. No tracking is available, but you can contact us for updates, and we would gladly give more details.
